Archived Reports

Each save writes JSON under the server reports folder (REPORTS_PATH, e.g. ./reports/{organization_id}/ on the host when Docker mounts it) and serves the same tree at /static/reports/.... This page reads index.json from there first, then falls back to the API. Open JSON file is the on-disk export.
